Keyless entry fob - what # do I use to order?

Hello!

I need to order new fobs for my '99 4R (original owner) and I noticed numerous posts but each one appears to have a little different story... (not worried about programming...plenty written about this procedure)

Currently have:

"Dealer" installed VIP RS3000 alarm system
BLACK case fob FCC id# HYQ1512Y RSS-210 Denso

NOTE: Toyota dealership stated the oem part # = PT398-07101 and that the FCC ID should not be used to determine when ordering + new fob will not have the 3rd window up/down button.

Do any of the internal numbers on motherboard (see pix) mean anything vs case #s that I should be looking for when I order new fob?

Any input if the oem # is correct and if there are any reputable online companies would be appreciated. Thanks

use that numbers on the back of the case. that is what i did and most do. i bought used ones and are working great. $50 or less on ebay. unless you want new but will loose the rear window feature.

I'd prefer to order new...so lost 3rd button is ok. Why do you think dealer told me NOT to follow case #? When I've googled oem#, the case # is listed different from what I have...
