Keyless Start

I have been wanting to do a keyless start since my ignition has been acting up with it being old. The key was locking up. Anyways, I got around to making it today. I am very happy. Hope yall like.

What do you do about the steering wheel lock? Use the key still? Just a bad electrical switch?

Key and tumblers were wore out. key would turn only when it wanted to. You have to cut some threading into the screws that hold the wheel lock. unscrew them and them dismantle the lock.

It's actually super easy to swap out the ignition cylinder. New OEM with key is about 50$. Aftermarket is 20$. Takes about 20 minutes start to finish.

I wish someone would do a full on keyless aftermarket!
