I own a 1999 t4r limited 3.4 auto 4x4 with 151K.
I had a 2005 subaru outback before this and when it blew its second set of head gaskets I traded it in on my 4runner.
so far this is what i have done.
Every fluid changed.
oil cooler added
breaks
added my led light bar
removed running boards
added my HID KC fogs
Plastidiped grill and license plate holder
added my yakima basket
rear diff breather
cleaning up.

im waiting on my other light bar and tires and still choosing lift kit.

Looking at suspention and was wondering what the best bang for buck was. Looking at the trd tundra front struts blue yellow springs and 891s in the rear. We're is a good place to find tundra struts? And got my new led bar on :D

well got some fun stuff to go do! im going to dip all my badges and rear bumper center i think. also got some new wheels and tires :D i hope they look good! were is the best way to find some TRD tundra front struts and springs? If i cant find thoes im going to get some OME 9004 struts and 883s but would prefer TRD.

Nice 4Runner man. I like the basket up top and I'm considering putting something like that on mine.

As for the Tundra front struts and springs, it might not hurt to check over on the Tundra forums to see what some of those guys say. In fact, you may even catch someone doing a lift and going with new springs that you might be able to grab if they're in good shape.

Nice looking 4runner man! I like what you have done so far. I have heard good things about the Tundra TRDs. I am personally running OME 883s with Bilstein 5100s on mine and love the ride. I hope you find the lift you are looking for and post some pictures once it is done.

Not entirely sure man, I asked a few folks on here that ran both. I eventually came to the Bilsteins. Not to mention they are a bit cheaper. I have heard good things about both though so whatever route you go I am sure you will be happy.

Ya, I have them on mine as we speak. No problems. I believe there are other folks on here running the same thing.

This has both the stock set up with a 2" spacer on top and theOME 883s w/ Bilstein 5100s

So a little bump.
I painted the wheels
New rubber (geolanders at)
Moved my lighting around
Custom shadow bar for roof light
Added a cb
Trans cooler is on
Lots of off roading
Ordered the rest of the stuff to lift my t4r
