I changed out my rear upper and lower control arms this weekend. I was going to switch out my panhard bar to the straight one I have and put new bushings in it, but the panhard bar bushings for both my bent one and the straight one didn't look too bad. I was still going to switch out the bent one for the straight one, but the metal sleeve in the bushings in the straight one were too wide to fit into my PHB drop, so I just put the bent one back in. It really isn't too much shorter at all, as you can see in the first picture.
Both the upper and lower control arm bushings were shot. Since replacing them, my 4runner no longer pulls to the left on acceleration, then to the right when I let off the gas like it used to.

216,330 miles: Plugs, wires, air filter, pcv valve and grommet, and fuel filter replaced, all with OEM parts except for the wires which were NGK. Tires rotated. MAF cleaned. Coilovers recharged and lower heim joints replaced.
