So....I have been busy lately. The rear frame chop is complete. Shock towers are in place along with ORIs. Front axle is fabricated, gears installed, King Pins replace, knuckles rebuilt, and double ended ram mount installed.
At ride with trail tire pressure we are looking at a frame height of 21.5"/22.5"-ish with 5" of up travel in the front and 6 " in the rear. 4 link in the front was successful but exhaust is going to be a pain in the ass with all the up travel. The wheel base came out at 109". Front is 82.5" wide and rear is about 79.5".
I had to preheat the 60 diff housing to 400 degrees to weld on it. I had to use Nickel-55 welding wire, which is stupid expensive. But it should be plenty strong.
It's getting closer to being done. I think it should be done by the end of September. I have 6 months to make up in abuse to this thing.
Next on the chopping block is:
-Steering pump/Finish steering
-Finish skid/Trans Mount
-Fill ORIs with Nitrogen
-Drivelines
-Brakes (Cutting/Line Lock)
-Exhaust
-Wiring for moving the battery to the rear/Air line routing for ARBs
-Fix some clearance issues
-Beat the shit out of it
Full bump

Still need to do a bit of clearancing here.

The Dana 60 tucks up nicely here.

Wiring is going to be a zoo. I got rid of a lot of those accessory things.

Front strut mount. No strut bar for the front. It's not needed for how I did this.

Orbital valve mount for the hydro steering

Testing clearances during fabrication. Full droop.
