Yes, you are looking at the photo as if you are lying on the ground looking up. Basically, you are pushing the liner towards the front of the car so that the tire clears at full lock. You only have to relocate those two bolts.

As far as I know, the 5th gen limited, sr5 and trail models should have the same ground clearance and tire size stock.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

The SR5 and LE's are a bit different from the TE's with respect to modding the fender liner. The pic in this thread is indeed from a Limited, but it has TE fender liners I believe. What I did on mine was print out Harper's picture, and got under there and lined up the pic with the fender itself. Mine did not have that hole on the left side of the image. But I didn't need it. I also had to drill a new hole in one piece of plastic further towards the inside and front of the vehicle. When you get under there, it will make sense. I forgot to take pics...sorry!

would you stuff a 285 duratrac on a stock TE? They seem to run bigger
