Any update here?
EDIT: found their site and sent them a note. They have a discount process that makes this more appealing but they do say right on the site that this mod doesn't prevent LBJ failure...
The increased articulation (angles) of the uniball LBJ reduces the likelihood of maxing out the factory design when lifted over 2", which applies to the UBJ, too. I went SPC upper and installed cam eliminators to reduce the likelihood of a cam event.I recently installed a set (with the ARP bolts) on my '95 Tacoma. (about two weeks ago)
I literally replaced every single part on the front end so I really can't give any fair assessment of this product. But if I had to go back and do it again, I wouldn't buy them. I'd probably just buy new LBJs with the ARP bolts. If I were using the truck for hard core off-roading, then I might buy them. I think I was just in over my head and went overboard when I was piecing together my front end.
If any of you are on TacomaWorld, you can check it out. (CharlieTaco)

I'm lifted 3" and want the comfort of knowing I'm not taking my truck to the max every time I wheel it. Plus I want the option to hulk smash (not jump) while wheeling - I overbuild and want the extra insurance and piece of mind. No one has to do what I do or agree with my opinions.
