Leaning to one side by 1 3/4"

Installed 5100's all the way around. Set at 2.5 in the front. Went with SAW 1.5" coils in the back. My issue is that it measures 38.5" on the passenger side rear and 40.25" on the drivers side rear. Measurements were taken from ground to fender. The fronts both measure 37" and it is sitting on a level surface.

I did the install myself and had it aligned at a tire place.

I already checked to make sure that the springs were properly seated in the perch.

It is equipped with KDSS, could the shock on the sway bar on the driver side be causing the issue? Could it get stuck?

If anyone has had this issue please let me know.

The lean is normal, but it is almost always taller on the passenger side.

Go fill her up with gas and see what happens ;-)

^^^ Agree some lean is expected, but 1.75" (almost 2")?

OP: How can the rear be 1.75" offset yet the front is level?

The springs will likely settle, but I'd expect similar settling from side-to-side / corner-to-corner.

All I got - Sounds like something is definitely amiss...

I may take the rear apart next weekend and see if the springs are the same. Not sure.

What is your center hub to fender lip measurements.

Also, did you drive it around first. How much gas in the tank? It makes a difference.

I have driven it about a week now and it had about 3/4 of a tank when I measured.

Just measure. Passenger side is 23" center hub to fender lip and 24 3/4 on the drivers side. It's definatley not tire related.

Make sure the spring is seated on the perch properly, the end of the coil is all the way in knuck. Sorry for the improper terms, just can't remember them right now.

Classic Toyota lean is usually gas tank related, but this sounds like a kdss lean (leans other way). Mine did this after lifting too. There's instructions on here if you search kdss lean, it involves opening up the proportioning valves and rocking the suspension level. My brother and I did it in the driveway, takes just a few minutes.

I read about the KDSS fix. Printed out the instructions and am planning on trying it tomorrow. I will let yall know if it helps.

That is a new one me. The KDSS lean, first I have heard of it.

So we have both classic and KDSS flavors of the lean. Good to know. Never dealt with it since I don't have KDSS.

I don't know anything about it, but It seems like it would work itself out if you took it offroad and flexed it out.
