Leasing... Additional fees

Does anyone know what the TFC Lease Acquisition Fee is? Does it vary between vehicle, if so, does anyone know what the 4Runner LTD's fee is? Is it different for an SR5 or a TE?

Aside from this Acq. Fee and Doc Fees - are there other fees that are pretty much BS?

Having purchased and leased many vehicles... I have to say Toyota dealers are by far the hardest to play ball with (even the guys @ Lexus are easier)... my arm is hurting. I could write a check for a 4Runner, but I'd prefer to lease (again) and decide after the lease term if I want to purchase the vehicle. So please don't give me grief because I like to keep my money close to home.

My 07' Sport I had two Toyota dealers play ball until I got a payment I could live with.

I met with one dealer, did a test drive, had him write a couple of deals but I left without signing. Checked with another dealer via email. Got closer. Called the original back, he beat by a few bucks a month.

It was a good deal at the time. 07' Sport $459/month including 7% tax.

Thanks... but I'm interested in getting some real numbers about the Lease Acquisition Fee. On my last lease it was under $500 - when I've gotten bids on an '10... it was over $1,100.00 so I'm trying to discern how much padding is involved.
