leather seat swap

looking to go with leather instead of my stock cloth seats. does anybody know it it is a direct bolt on or do i need to do mods? also will 98 leather seats fit? thanks 2000 t4r

recently swapped out my 99 LTD power everything leather for fabric from a 98 SR5. simple 4 bolts each up front. same for rear.
