Okay people, I am doing this and I have a feeling I will regret my decision in a few months. Alas, I couldn't pass the color and the looks of this Tacoma, 8% off of msrp and 35k for my TEP... I pulled the trigger, signed the papers and was still torn in half, wish I can have both...I'll see some of you on TW and expedition portal. I'll have brand new Gobi ladder for sale in a few days.�� IMG_1425.jpg

You won't like it as much as the 4Runner, guaranteed. We have both, a 14 4Runner and 16 TRD Sport, love both but my wife and I both prefer driving the 4Runner. The truck and new drivetrain definitely take some getting used to, good luck as it still is a hell of a truck.
 
That black front Pro grill looks horrendous. I'll gladly trade my plastic chrome Sport grill at no extra cost to you.

I elected to get a '16 Tacoma rather than a 4Runner because we seem to need a pickup pretty often. Enjoy it.

Good looking truck, saw one at the dealer when they were replacing my shocks. It was gone the next day. The stock tires surprise me, but beyond that it's pretty sweet. Congrats.

Sweet truck, congrats! I almost pulled the trigger on one of those, but in the end decided the 4R was more suited to my usage.

Well I wish you the best of luck, I'm not entirely sure you'll be happy with the Tacoma though. I honestly haven't been as impressed with the 3rd gens as I had hoped I would be and my customers have been very divided on them, but I wish you the best of luck!

That's a very cool looking TRD Pro, they are rather neat looking for sure! :D

You're always welcome to visit us, it's not like not owning a 4Runner prevents you from being a part of the forum. :)

Congrats on the new truck, enjoy it! Don't spend too much time on TW or else you will start to believe stuff is wrong with your truck when there isn't anything wrong. I absolutely love that color as well. I'm surprised you were able to get anything off on that truck. Around here, dealers won't go any lower than MSRP and a few mark them up past that.
 
I hope you took that thing on a long test drive. I personally thought my '16 Tacoma was a POS. Multiple issues. Good luck with yours. I really liked the tech in the taco, but couldn't stay out of the service bay. Good looking truck.
 
That is a sweet looking truck. I would definitely consider one if I ever get a pick up!! Good luck and enjoy.
 
A Taco Pro was on my short list when I was looking.....in the end I went with the 4RNR Pro as it was a better fit for me. Either way, both great vehicles.....enjoy!
