Led lightbar install help!

I purchased an led lightbar from bean industries and it came with no instructions whatsoever. I got the working harness from them, but I'm confused as to what these things are-------->>

I searched their website for install instructions/manuals but couldn't find one. Does anyone know of a good source to help me install this bad-boy? I've never done it so I need a nooby walkthrough.

Green things look like protectors take them off.

Can you lay out the wiring and take a picture, or 12? Hard to tell anything from a group of ends in your hand. The green "plugs" do look like they can be removed, but the two you show both look like make halves. Is there more?

did it come with a relay? Those electrical connectors look as if they want you to hook it up directly to the battery.

This won't do him any good unless Bean's website is giving wrong information. Those plugs are specific for the XSR's (Extreme Single Row), and the OP does not have this series.

A Single harness has one wiring lead for a single LED light

A Double harness has two wiring leads for two seperate LED lights on the same switch

They are not specific, they are simple deutsch connectors. They are common on many lightbar wiring harnesses these days. My bar is an Illumination Supply and it has them. Regardless of what series he has OP should have the other end of the connector on the wire coming from the lightbar.

This is not an issue with what kind of plugs they are. The issue is that those plugs will not connect to his light bar. He does not have the light bar Bean sells that is a direct plug-in. Below is a video showing you the exact series of light bar he has, and it also shows the wire coming out of it. I guess he can use those plugs, but he'll need to buy more in order to do so. I guess is it possible that the video below is an error, and the plugs really do exist. Skip to 1:19 to see the wire he has on his light bar. The wire harness they sell is made to work on all of their lights (some require modification), and is not included with the purchase of the light bar itself. The wire harness must be bought separate, and is series specific.

Ask me how I know!

By the way, I have the exact same 21" bar sitting at my house! This of course is assuming he does have the 21" Performance Series (PS Series)bar.

My mistake, your correct. I assumed on the piece you originally quoted from Bean Industries that "other lights" referred to other brands of lights because not all lights use these style connectors. All the ones I've wired up have come with connectors on both ends regardless of the connector or bar type.

The male side of this connector is cheap if he wants to go that route, also not that hard to wire up.

Yea, they're a pain to find. OKLEDBARS sells it for 5 bucks. That used to be local for me haha

Also, I'm worried about the lightbar getting stolen. I don't know how I'm going to secure it. The mounts that go to the bumper can be tack welded, but the screws that go into the actual lightbar can't be tack welded. If you have a magical method I can secure it, please give me some advice.

The connectors are power and grounds coming from the relay going to the power and ground on the lights. You can just cut them off and use different connectors if they do not plug into your light bar. The power wire with the fuse and the ground next to it get hooked up to a 12v source. It does look like that harness is designed to power two different light sources.
