I have finally put together my ideal 4Runner package. Obviously, more mods to follow but I got some big ones out of the way.

New:
spidertrax wheel spacers
Daystar 2.5"/1.5" spacer lift
BF Goodrich A/T KO (275/65/18) tires

are you rubbing? did you have to do any trimming?

Here's a little before and after

I put some 265/70/17 Falken Rocky Mountain's on her a couple weeks ago and right after found a thread on plasti-dip so I thought what the hell

Here's the result!

Yes, it rubbed up front. I had to trim the plastic "wheel well" up front and take a corner off the plastic bumper that is closest to the front outside of the tire. I also had to remove the front mud flaps.

I did... with size. I actually got a Falken Rocky Mtn ATS in the same size for the spare. I wasn't planning on doing the 5-tire rotation thing, so I decided to spend less money and put a non BFG tire in as the spare. Plus Discount Tire gave me back $50 for my previous spare because it was untouched.

Thanks! And I wanted to do it this way because it is a daily driver. I drive around ~50 miles a day for my commute. These BFGs are quieter and smoother than my previous M+S tires I had on. I love the set up!

Thanks! I agree with that statement 100%. it's sad I had to spend all this money to get the height and stance and "level-ness" I wanted when it would have been easy to do from the factory.

Got to try out the new lift and tires in Moab last week. All worked great. A little dicey down Pucker Pass in Long Canyon but w/ the lift we made it w/o a scratch!View attachment 21975

I added the FJ springs TOYTEC 1/2 spacer with spidertraxx 1.25 wheel spacers and this is what I got... Can;t wait for my new tires.

Picked up a set of cheap Sport Edition wheels and thought they looked much better than the Limited rims. I love the 265/70/17 Wild Country's and since I decided not to use wheel spacers, I don't have any rubbing.
