Toytec BOSS 3/2 lift, BFG KO2s 275/70R17s on Ultramotorsports wheels, Bilstein 5100s. Drives great, eats up the dirt.
I have a 3/2 lift as well and wanted that size of tire but they only come in E rating dont they? Not really wanting to get into the E rating tires being as I mostly just use it as my DD
most those size are E, but Kumho has a C in the size and a few other companies have them as well. the falken ones arent E perhaps
did the person you quoted have a pic or did i miss it elsewhere?

I like them a lot, but I am biased. -10 or -38? How do you like the duratracs so far? First time you run them?

This would be my 4th set of Duratrac's I usually change out around 30k. I was actually looking to switch to another brand but after research and reading peoples comments I decided my experience in sand, mud, dirt and snow with Duratrac's never gave me any issues in the past sets.
i wish they had a 275 70 DT, id run them. prob going BFG AT this time around unless the hardpack snow/icy roads point me elsewhere. running E next time around so i plan to run like 28lbs always on them, or 25ish
my coworker loves his duratracs. one of the best looking ATs in my opinion aside from BFG

Why such low pressures? I've always heard E loads should be higher on-road than normal passenger tires. I run mine closer to 40psi.
my commutes arent bad fortunately (5 mins to office and i keep it local, except hitting the dating scene again hope a 40 min commute for ass doesnt claim me soon)
i run my 'lt' (C- 6 ply i think) 255 75 kumho at 32 lbs, always.
the rigid sidewalls of the Es lead me to want to offset that down to mid-high 20s. the trails i run are all within 40 mins and most of them 15 mins away, so i go road to trail, never change tire pressures.

I see the reasoning. Definitely curious how they'll wear though. Ran my Grabbers around 43psi on the road and they wore perfectly and have heard plenty about people wearing E-loads on the outside because they ran them lower to soften the ride. But if you don't put on many miles/wear and handling aren't an issue, I say go for it.
How did this do in Moab? What was the total lift front and rear with the 1" spacer? Are your 285/70/17 rubbing at all?
Current setup:
2019 Tacoma suspension (front springs & shocks, rear shocks)
2007 FJ Cruiser rear coils
1" body lift
2007 Sequoia 17" split spoke wheels

Had minor rubbing at the front of the front fender, only on the plastic liner. Trimmed that and no more rubbing, at least on the street. Hitting Moab in a week so I'll find out soon enough if it rubs anywhere else.

Did great in Moab. Total lift with the spacer over the Stock XREAS is probably 2" I guess. The XREAS was completely collapsed on the truck when I got it so no idea what the proper stock height should be.
Yes, there has been a little rubbing with the 285s but nothing major. Just some minor trimming of plastic inside the front wheel wells and removed the front mud guards. Rear rubbed the factory mud guards a little as well but it all worked fine otherwise. Rubbing is not an issue to me as long as it isn't limiting travel.
