:thumb3: How do you like those Hankook Dynapro's?

I love them. They look great, my mpg dropped less than 1mpg from the toy open country at2's, the road noise is just slighty more than the toyos. I havent got them offroad yet, but we did have a heavy rainfall the other day and they did very well on the wet roads. I even tried to get the rear to fish tail or the tires to spin and i was unable to do so. The rubber stuck to the pavement very well. Cant wait to get them offroad.

Nice! Yeah the mpg is expected going with a little more aggressive MT tire as is the road noise. Im sure there going to do awesome offroad!! I think these are the tires i'm going to get when i get aftermarket wheels or maybe the duratracs but i really like the hankooks and everybody that has them loves em!..

I was torn between those two tires as well, after research and my thread I started, I decided on these. I can't wait to get off road and see what they can do.

Sure enough that's the St. Johns river! Little Jetty park has a couple little mounds to flex some suspension on....

lifted the lift!

Before: 3 inch suspension lift + 1 inch from tires (from 31' stock tires to 32 tires) = ~4 inches of lift

After: 3 inch suspension lift + 2 inches from tires (from 31' stock tires to 33' tires) + 1 inch body lift = total of ~6 inches of lift

Setup:
Icon Coilovers + Bilsten 5100/ToyTec Coils
285/70R17 Hankook DynaPro MTs
1inch 4Crawler Body Lift

I'm looking at some new wheels and tires. I want to avoid spacers. But I'm confused at to what width rim. Or correct offset/backspace to have the set up sit flush.

A -6mm offset. Which equates to 4.25" backspacing I believe.
They sit pretty flush.

They sit pretty flush.

I see youre running 285's, if i stick with the 265/70 or 275/70 will i have to do some minor? major fender trimming? Im happy with my bilstein set up but just dont like how the wheels look so skinny

when i had my daystar 2.5/1.5 spacer lift, i was running 265/70/17's on
stock wheels and had absolutely no rubbing even when offroading, and did no
trimming what so ever.

It has been wonderful. Only reason I would sell it is if CBI came out with an aluminum version.

Put the new tires on and took off the side steps. Hopefully I'll get a chance to install my coilovers next week and lift it a few inches.
