I was debating the same thing. I went 255/75. I'm pretty happy with my decision so far. I've had them a month and a half.

I had 265/70/17 at first... Then I switched to 255/75 and I couldn't be happier wish I never would've went with the 265s in the first place.

I wholeheartedly agree!! I have been wanting Duratracs since my last 3rd gen. but the reviews are awesome, depending on which tire establishment you ask.
Of course not counting the guys here which love them!!

Just converted from stock springs with Bilstein 5100's set at 1.75" ring to level.

OME 885/895 With Nitro Sport Shocks all around
BFG A/T KO 265/70/17 with Spidertrax 1.25" spacers
Absolutely in love with this setup, I did't realize just how bad my ride was till I drove the OME's!!

Now to start on some armor!

I am expecting the rear to settle to 38.5"

2004, 2WD, Sport, V8...

Removed factory XREAS, replaced with OME 885 Fronts and 895E Rear springs. Currently sitting on a new set of 255/75/R17 DuraTrac's. Spidertrax to come (or maybe new wheels, I haven't decided yet) but overall she sits damn near perfect for a 98%+ street driven truck.

Roughly 2-1/4 to 2-1/2"... here are the measurements taken after 100 miles of driving but before the new DuraTrac's were installed:

Measurements are bottom of tire to bottom of fender well:
FL: 32.25" before, 36.75" after
FR: 32.75" before, 37.00" after
RL: 35.75" before, 38.25" after
RR: 35.50" before, 37.25" after

Measurements are top of tire to bottom of fender well:
FL: 4.00" before, 8.00" after
FR: 4.25" before, 8.50" after
RL: 6.75" before, 9.00" after
RR: 6.75" before, 8.75" after

I haven't seen this lift on here yet. I wanted a lift that was a suspension lift but only 2"/1". I decided to go with Slees low lift kit below:
OME883 Front Coil Springs
90000 OME Front Struts
60004 OME Rear Shocks
OME895E Rear Coil Springs

As soon as I get some more pennies I'm adding 265/70/17 duratracs!

A tad stiffer than my old worn out xreas, but still a comfortable ride. I personally like the height of the low lift too.

I really like the look of your 4R with the new springs/shocks. I'm about to install OME 885/895 with Bilstein 5100s myself. These pics make me even more anxious!

Anybody ever done the bilstein 5100 and OME 885 up front and just put a 1.5 daystar spacer in the rear?
