Keak over on the toyota 120 forum has this lift, with coilovers cranked up and a 3" body lift running 40" tires. He recently sent down to 37's though.

Looks noce with those tires. Why the change to those kind of tires ? Did you notice better mpg ? Its a v6 you have? And did you feel a power difference ?

[MENTION=121735]Civiceg94[/MENTION]^^ Just wanted to switch it up. Was looking for an all terrain tire and came across these and just went for it. I don't think there will be much change in mpg. These are around the same weight, and a little shorter but wider than the 255s.

275/65/18 Falken AT3W with Bilstein 5100 @.85 with toytec 620#. Icon VS 2.0 rear with toytec superflex coils. A little surprised at the lack of up travel in the front. But otherwise, really liking the ride.

Replaced the worn out stock suspension the other day with 5100's all round, OME 883's up front on the lowest clip and Wheelers Offroad T12's in the rear. The T12 springs are a replacement for the Sway-Away 1.5" lift coils. Visually its a big improvement (no before photo sorry) but it still looks quite stock like which I'm happy with. I prefer the raked look and it retains that, so that's good when I'm loaded up. Hub to fender measurements are 22.5 and 24.5 inches.
The Bilstiens ride ok. They handle rough roads very well, but I'm undecided if I like the rear performance. I'm not sure the valving is appropriate yet....

Anyway, thought I'd throw up a pic in case someone is researching this combo for themselves.

I plan on doing this same set up, but with OMEshocks in front and Eibach shocks in the rear ( apparently a little softer that 5100's).

My Ranchos are the same way.
Temperature, road surface conditions, vehicle load, full/empty gas tank and driving style seem to affect the ride, I am all ways adjusting these from one day to the next. One day 9 front 7 rear feels good the next day its 7 front 5 rear...adjustable dampening 1-9. Off-road its even softer.

How do your Toyo's grip in the rain? I have them too and love the look of the tread design, but they are a bit slippery on wet concrete freeway entrance and exit ramps. They tend to push
if hitting the curves in a ramp faster than 30 mph. They also hydroplane pretty badly in heavy rain.

What is your experience with them?

Accomplished a lot in a day

Went to my cousins in PA at APCP to strip the stock wheels, and tires. Remove all the "cancer" spots in the wheels, and then my cousin powdercoated the wheels in Mirror Black.
After that we mounted the new BFG KO2's - 265/70/17. This is how she sits today. 2/1 Cornfed spacer suspension lift, new struts, and shocks, 1.25" wheel spacers.
(side note, is those KO2's ride sooo much nicer and quieter than the previous Cooper AT3's.)
Now I just need to get an alignment done.
