3in Toytec lift kit with Bilstein 5100s in the front and boss shocks in the rear.
VTX Vipers in satin black, -12 offset/ with red lug nuts
285/75r16 (34s) Cooper STT Pro

Wouldn’t do anything different, had to remove mud flaps and do some plastic trimming. But, no rubbing anymore!

The spare tire in the pick is mounted to a Hitchgate Solo High Clearance Swing out tire carrier. The tire carrier was well built, and worked great for the full sized spare. That being said, I found using the tire carrier and my bike rack at the same time to be a PIA, so I sold the tire carrier. The roof rack in made by Prinsu.

Heres my 07 V8 with 2.5 Fox R/R coilovers up front and All Pro FJC rear springs with Fox 2.0 performance shocks. Sits a little tall in the back, anyone know what rear springs would give me a little less lift? Willing to trade straight across!

Did you take numbers before/after? I got 3+ in the front w/fox performance and 2.75 in rear w/ wheelers....

I didn't install the lift so I'm not sure where it sat before the lift. All I know is it sits higher in the rear and I'd rather have the rear sit a level or a tiny bit lower.

Did 5100s and OME 885/895s this weekend. Love it! Tires are 265/70R17 General Grabber AT2s

Waiting for it to settle before I get it aligned, but I wouldn't be surprised if I end up needing UCAs. That said, the alignment feels pretty true right now as it is. I'm actually really surprised.

How is this setup still treating you? I'm planning on doing the same setup, except I bought the 295e for the rear.

Do you have anymore pictures of your 4Runner?

Nice setup! How do you like the Boss shocks in the rear with Bilsteins up front? I'm in the process of replacing my suspension. From a cost and performance standpoint, I was looking to go with Icon 3" springs and Toytec Boss shocks for the rear, then the Toytec/Bilstein coilovers in the front. Thoughts?

Finally mounted up my new wheels and tires today. They are Fuel Cleaver in 17 x 9” with +1mm offset. Tires are Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 265/70/17. Love the new stance. I had to remove front mud flaps and may have to slightly trim the rear corners of the front wheel wells, but will wait until after alignment next week as most of the interference was cleared up by removing the flaps.

Originally had a Daystar leveling kit and decided to step up. I installed Fox 2.5 coilovers up front, Fox 2.0 shocks and Icon 2" springs out back. I'm going back and forth with my tire size, 265/75R17. I'm happy with how they perform on and off road, but at times I think they look a little small for the rig.

might be deceiving w how it looks w the black fenders. a lot of ppl run the 275 as a taller option. nice ride. i didnt even know you could get that tire size 265 75 ...knew about 255 75

Only thing I would do differently is buy a 4wd... I mean, go with 285's or bigger. Eventually 35's will fit. :ranger:

how much lift did you gain over the daystar kit. i'm also looking to upgrade from a daystar

Yeah buddy. First 4th gen I've seen with the Rotiforms! They are on my list and I'm just waiting on bigger tires. I don't think I can stretch my 266/70r17 KO2's onto the 9 inch wide wheel.
And bigger tires are waiting on a bigger lift...

Set of (4) 295-70-17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with 7500 miles on them. Never wheeled, no cuts, plugs, patches, chunks, they are like brand new. Would trade for a set of 285/70/17 P or C rated AT tires. Paid $1100 for them, if selling, I'm looking for $800 Located in Jessup MD, local only.

Sorry for the late response! The boss are a little stiffer than average but I’m going to get a rear spare tire carrier eventually. I would have gotten an icon or king lift kit, but out of my
Price range. Overall, the ride is nice and much better than it was stock.
