Lift and Tire Central (pics)... Post 'em Up!

Daystar 2.5/1.5 topout only spacer lift kit which has been on for a year now. Just replaced the stock tires with Bridgestone Dueler Revo 2's (265/70/17). Now that I have the "and tires" part for this thread I figured I'd post some pictures.

Special thanks to NCSCOTT for letting me see and take a spin in his 4Runner prior to ordering my lift as well as helping me (more like me helping him) install my lift. Goes to show how nice and helpful everyone on this forum is. I'm still debating on spidertrax to finish copying NCSCOTT's setup, but for now I've very happy with everything.

Nice looking 4runner martini!! How do you pull off that tint in NC and where'd you get it? I can't find any place around here that will do it. I'm looking at getting the daystar 2.5/1.5 soon as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you! I'll send you a PM about the tints. As for the lift, I like the ride with the lift better than stock and it looks ok with stock size tires too. If I can help at all let me know, it's my turn to pay it forward, so don't worry about asking too many questions I know I've done it to others.

Yea not sure what size yet, 255/75/17, 265/70/17, or 285/70/17 and 1.25" spacers. We will see I still have tread left so I am thinking end of summer when desert season begins out here.

What makes you say that? I have had pizza cutters for awhile and love them.

Thanks for the article blairb. By the way I am a fan of your 4runner. Did or do you have any rubbing issues with your 255/80's? I am sitting around 3.5" taller than stock in the front and a little over a inch in the rear.

Very happy with current set up. :bigok: I originally had Downey Offroad rear springs with 1.5" of lift. They rode great but they weren't able to handle the load with gear in the back. I switched to Icon rear springs which gave 2.5" lift. The rode great and handled the weight of gear in the back. Once I got the CBI rear bumper I switched the Icon springs out for the the CSS custom springs.
