Lift Help! Please?

I have a 1997 T4R 4x4 bone stock and have the funds to go for a lift. I have no knowledge on lifting anything as it is my first time doing so. I do not want to bring it to the shop because I want to do everything myself.

I would like to ask for help on what is the best set up for a 4 to 6 inch lift looking to put 1 to 2 inch body spacer and 3 inch suspension. I do not know whats the best set up for this type of T4R so could anyone please help me. And I know I need to do a diff. drop and I guess break line lengthening? thats all I know if anyone could please give me a great explanation on every detail that needs to be done I would highly appreciate it.
