Lift install instructions

Basically you accomplish this by supporting the lower control arm with a floor jack, and removing the 2 bolts that connect the lower ball joint to the arm. Then you slowly lower the jack to release the spring pressure. You can see the writeup in Sp8ball's mod thread.
 
Thanks for everyones help. With the help from a friend, we got it all installed last night. Took about 5.5 hrs to do the front and rear. That includes ample time for head scratching, figuring and PBR. The instructions posted were ample, especially the ones in sp8balls thread. We unbolted the front sway bar from the frame to make it easier for the strut and spring to come out and replace, but it was difficult to put it back on. All in all it was pretty straight forward and there werent any surprises. Without a second set of hands I think the install of the front and rear suspension would have been near impossible. No spring compressor was needed but a lot of prying will be necessary for both the front and rear springs. I'll post pics on Tuesday after the alignment and tires are mounted.
