I have a 1985 Toyota 4Runner Deluxe with 140K miles and no rust which I've owned since 1986. This forum has been great as I now have a plan for upgrading. More on that later but just a quick question for now.
Has anyone used Line-X or a similar product on their interior?
The Deluxe has vinyl flooring front and rear. I'm changing the rear bench seat (and the front seats) for some SR5 seats that I found used and will have recovered. I'm thinking about ripping apart the entire interior and having it line-x sprayed and then reinstalling all the interior. Not sure if I'll go back with just Husky floor liners or if I'll put a molded carpet kit on top of the line-X first.
The 4Runner is beige with a black top and brown interior. Thinking about matching either the beige or the brown with the line-x. I'm afraid if I go black it will be a lot of black! Of course, black is a good option if I put the carpet on top.
Comments/advice welcome!
Thanks
