Little Miss, Fuel Injector maybe???

Hey guys. I have a 98 Toyota 4runner with 390k Miles. I have a slight miss and have checked spark wires coils and plugs. All good. Then checked compression. Not so good but sill ok. All were 120-115 psi. So i pulled injectors and all of them were somewhat clean and omed out a 15 -16. Cleaned and put back in and still a miss. Whats up. Dirty fuel filter???? Its a constant miss and its on #3 i think. When i pull the wire nothing changes about the way it runs. Thanks

If it was a faulty injector, it would be a very noticeable miss...shaking etc. Hows your fuel pump and filter...are they original equipment?

I would think filter first. Simple to replace (just a pain to line it up correctly) and cheap... I'd start there.
