Location of low beam relay or fuse?

Replaced the fog lights on my 2013 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition with Cree H11 30W from Xenon Depot ...

and now I want to aim them, so I need to disable the headlights. I took the fusebox cover off and nothing screamed headlights to me, unlike some of the fuse covers I found with a Google search. Since I had to pick up a kid, I didn't venture into the fuse box under the steering wheel.

I didn't drop the front trim, I just turned the wheels each way and removed part of the wheel well trim and felt around, and used the write up someone did for a 2014. For the first one I took the fog light assembly out, but it turns out, you don't even need to do that, just twist the bulb out, release the plastic tab, snap the new one in, and then put it back. You can look thru the empty fog light housing to see which tab is the thicker of the three. I tried taking pictures but they stunk.

I really like the look, might do the Philips headlights. The LED fog lights make the headlights look OLD.

I'm not too sure just why you were instructed to disable your low beams to change the foglight bulbs but... the fuses for your foglight/headlight switch is under the dash labled (DVL2) 25A. The fuse for the low beam bulbs are under the hood labled 10A H-LH and H-RH, L-LH and L-RH (High left hand and right hand, and Low left hand and right hand).

PS: I'll need to come back to finish this post; computer keyboard is crashing; need to copy/paste all letters like "a" or "1", very difficult!

Got-it! Sorry for my earlier post; I was losing my computer keyboard (mid-post) due to a driver failure. The fuse/rly box under the hood has the fuses you're looking for: "See four 10 amp fuses labled" 'L-LH and L-RH' (Low left hand and Low right hand). The fuse for the foglights is underneath the dash (Driver side) marked: DVL2 (for driving lights).

Actually the search function hardly ever works for me, but then again I use FireFox with all these blockers on. I usually have to resort to a google search something like

Just an FYI......The fuse layout listing the what and where, are in your owners manual and also on the covers themselves for both fuse boxes.I think every owners manual I've ever has had them listed.
