Got 'em installed. Turned out really nice and should do the job. Had to make a slight mod by adding spacers on the transfer case skid when mounted up and was making contact with the exhaust crossover. Added 1/4" shims front and back and all is clear. Also used longer bolts on the rear of the front cover to account for the shims.
On the transmission cover, the front bolts were to short IMO,, they only had 3 or 4 threads grabbing. I picked up a couple of 1/2" longer bolts and they attach much more securely.
