looking at a 99 sc

I found a 99 4runner with 200k on the odo and it has a sc. any know trans problems or engine problems with this many miles that is super charged? Im just wondering if jamming that much air into a 3.4 is hard on them or the power train. thanks a lot for the replys.

Has the supercharger been on there for all 200,000 miles? One thing that comes to mind is rebuilding the nose drive and changing the sc oil. Not a huge deal, the motor shouldnt have any reknown issues though at least nothing like the 3.0 and its head gasket that likes to go around that many miles.

the runner is about 6 hours east of me That is why I asked before i pursue this any farther. I have been looking for a 3rd gen to replace my 92 runner for 6 months now. I believe it has had the sc its whole life. thanks

id say it depends on how the owner treated it with on time tune ups and driving habbits. if its bone stock and from an older person thats sort of a good sign haha
