Looking into a replacement stereo head unit

Hey guys,
I do realize that it has been discussed numerous times but I tried to get 'Too Much Info' from various sources and am now confused.
I have an 06 SR5 and am looking to upgrade the sound system.
Preferably I'd like in-dash Navi (Does it cost extra/month?), blue tooth, aux on front, along with playing videos from my cell phone. I'd also like to upgrade the speakers and add atleast 1 Sub. What are the recommendations as far as brand/type and quality is concerned.
Any specific location where I get the best deal?

Check out my thread and see some of the things I've done to my SR5. I have a JVC DVD Navi head unit and it's been great.

I'm also a big fan of Pioneer double din navis, and have one in my other car.

I have the JBL system in my 03 and I found that changing the Head Unit did next to nothing to improve the sound. I put a Kenwood HU in with the Garmin Navigation system.

A year later I changed the factory amp and disconnected the center/dash speaker and that made a significant improvement. Put a Rockford Fosgate amp under the passenger seat.

My next move will be to replace the factory sub followed by all the speakers. Asuming I keep the vehicle that long. The factory sound system from Toyota has to be one of the worst I ever heard. I had cars back in the 70's with factory 8 tracks that sounded better than that.

I would take a hard look at the Pioneer AVIC NEX. It will do all you are looking for.
