2012 TE 70k miles, no real issues at all, until now. Over the past month or so I am noticing transmission subtle shaky jerkiness at 40-45 mph low load flat road driving. I'm assuming it's slipping in 5th. Anyone else had this pop-up at this amount of miles? Dealer provided lifetime powertrain warranty when purchased, so hopefully no out-of-pocket here, but still sucks.

You sure it's not that tendency to hunt between 4th and 5th gears? Mine has always done this right at 39-40 mph, and feels jerky when this happens. If you watch the tach while it happens, it bumps up/down during these transitions.

I just stay in S-4 around town.

Mine does that at high altitude in the mountains under load.
