My rear defroster, rear wiper and heated mirrors quit working today. Checked the fuse and it was ok. Switched it with another one just to make sure. Any suggestions?
Lost my side mirror heater and rear windshield wiper.

Do you have positive voltage at the 10A mirror heater fuse and the 15A rear defroster fuse? Based on that, we can either check the relay circuit if you don't, or the switch circuit if you do. Let me know and we'll figure it out. I also recommend you call in [MENTION=10169]TheDurk[/MENTION] for his extensive knowledge and references at his disposal.

First, make sure rear window is ALL the way closed. If open just a hair, those three things won't work. (Later, we check the limit switch).
Then, I suggest you check the wires between the liftgate and the body for broken wires/lost insulation before we go any further. I know the mirrors are not part of that but they are joined at the hip with the rear defroster so they might go too, especially if the violet/white MPX wire is open, grounded or shorted with something else--check that one carefully.
Also, did you check the full menu of relevant fuses?

The ACC and POWER fuses are also involved, but those bring down other stuff you should have noticed.

It was my rear window. I was on a photography trip with another photographer who must have hit the button for the rear window. Thanks you guys for responding. This site is the best.
