I don't know what's up with Lotus, but many small fabs come and go, sadly. I picked up a pair when the were more like half that price. EIMKEITH came along with a weld-on solution that is a lot beefier that I would have considered if they were around then. Looks to be 1/2 the price of the Lotus on Amazon, currently:
