Lol....yeah bro..u know I think is ould go with these bilstein for a low cost shock for ur suspension work bro...they r really nice dude its really impressive im really surprised how good it rides. U know what I think it was.. it might have been time to replace the shocks...
 
lol yeah when I swapped mine out for some TRD FJ shocks it made a big difference. I also told whitebeauty there how much.....FUN I had when I took my driveshaft off in order to install the addco with a breaker bar. I think thats what the tool is called. There might be away to swap the sway bars without removing the back half of the driveshaft, but I'm not very patient. Still its a nice little combo right now, if you want a more aggressive setup try stiffer springs and QA1 shocks in the rear.

Here is a pic of the bags deflated...Hope u can tell. i dont have a compressor or air tank so i had to go by the gas station.

Next is to finish my relocation kit of the 02 sensors on my headers and i have a 355mm BBK from rotora in the works....Yay!!!!!! Cant wait. and heres a pic for fun..

When I first saw the title to this thread I also said to my self "why", but it actually does look pretty good. Someone mentioned Toyota could have done it and called it an "Urban Runner" and I agree. Reminds me of the Trailblazer SS option Chevy came out with a few years ago.

Thank you...tell u what though there really isnt much room between the back of that truck and the top of the rear end...so its not so much of a slam but a nice drop ...nice thing is its adjustable.
 
I don't know if it was indicated, I didn't see it....if your 4Rrunner is a V6 or V8? I hope a V8, and being lowered you get to have a lower center of gravity and better handling and most of all you get to enjoy the torsen center diff in AWD mode .
