LR UCAs

Is anyone else having major Creaking noises coming from them or is it just me?and this is after they have sent more grease and its been re-greased?

Mine creak. Although honestly, I am not sure if it my Icons or the UCAs. I notice it sometimes when I get in and out of the vehicle. There is some info on this forum somewhere about how to lubricate them, but I can't seem to find it... If you find it, let us know.
