LTDSC Build Thread

I can't wait to put them on. We've had such a ridiculous amount of rain I just want it to be overcast so I can put these on! They're beautiful, I want to stare at them all day.

Ugh, ya, the weather has been awful, I wish it would have let up for at least today, but no, it poured. Can't wait to see those spacers on, they are going to look sweet!

Was driving to Toyota dealer when someone forgot to put it in drive, stayed in revers and backed right into me.

Its worse than it looks. Fender, hood, flare, grille, bumper and lower part and fog light cracked.

Looking good! Following your mods. I did have the Spider wheel spacers installed last week, love them. And having the Daystar 2.5/1.5 leveling done next week. This forum is such a great resource to help us spend our money huh?

Just a very good excuse for that CR-V driver to buy you an aftermarket bumper and heavier front springs!

That would surprise me. How much is a factory bumper worth after it's been painted to match and installed?

bumper itself is $250 not sure what their parts/labor is but their initial estimate is $1300. If that was JUST bumper then i would say do the bumper, but that includes fender, flare and grille.

best part about all of this (if there is a good part) is that bumper was faded badly and the clear was beginning to peel. I guess thats one way.

Did you consider having them convert your bumper to the newer version with only the fogs down below? You'd have to do some custom wiring to move the turn signals up to the parking lights. I did something similar on an 03 Tacoma several years ago.

little update.

Bought this for when it comes back

and as it sits now at the shop. Headlight, rad support, piece under the headlight and the bumper all being replaced.
