mines not terrible but i just want more. Im not a slumper by any means, i just want some sound quality.

Exactly what I want. I hate riding in vehicles with 2 12's I'm just looking for something that doesn't just sound like rattling

i decided on the RF P3 because its thinner than what most do with the JBL, so i wont have to grind away the back plastic of the OEM box. Easier install and i liked my P3s in my past vehicle.

the sub was $91 and the wiring was $60. The amp i had left over from previous vehicle.

I did the JBL replacement today. Overall it was very easy thanks to ARK's write up. I took some pics of the job so ill post those as well in case others may have any questions, but for the most part his write up was very straight forward.
Wiring Kit and my amp
Panel removed, you can see my XM Receiver in the OEM disk changer location. I liked this better than under my seat.
my Rockford Fosgate P3
I chose the P3 because its thinner than the JBL replacement in the write up, no back panel modification was needed, it went right in. Mounting depth is 2.9".
Sub removed
I ran the wire through the grommet in the firewall and routed it through the console.
I routed it to under the passenger seat with the vent tube for the floor heat/cool under the passenger seat. I ran the RCAs down the passenger side so they would completely avoid the power wire and the remote wire.
I removed the rear box to find where the wires were originally routed.
Buttoned it all back up and you cant even tell i did anything visually. Very happy with this set up. I had to change all my EQ settings and it sounds perfect. Exactly the sound i was wanting and glad it all worked out.

ill get some more tonight before its dark. I was buttoning everything up so i can rush to get it aligned. Made it perfect timing.

they replaced my tacoma struts with 3" spacers on so around 3.5" total. It looks like im cranked a bunch but i have a ton more threads left.

That's what I noticed first. But you say the ride is nice, softer than the taco setup?

a lot softer. I dont feel bumps i previously felt a good bit with the Tacoma struts. I also have on the fly adjustment with the resi's too. Right now i have them on 50/50 hard/soft.

Installed my coilovers today. What a HUGE difference. Insanely easier to install, everything went together very easily and it rides amazing! I am now 39.5" at all fenders from the ground. Very happy with these
Very nice! Lets see some pictures. Btw, 39.5" is extremely high for 265s. My CVS were horrible looking when I was at 40" and that was with 33s. How do yours look?
EDIT: Just remembered the squared fenders may measure differently than mine.
