i found out my light bar mount broke so i ordered two Ballistic Fab end caps, they are a direct swap. A lot beefier so hopefully these will be a lot better.

Unbolted the side caps and took off the rubber seal. I had a little bit of moisture in the light so im letting it air dry for a day or two and then going to really seal this thing and re install.

Sam,
Did you need this many or did you buy spares? Are the dome lights not 31mm not 29mm thus being the 3175 not the 3022? (Though I guess 2 mm doesn't really matter) Am I correct that 6 194's are needed for the doors and map lights and 2 3175's or 3022's for the domes? I have been wanting to upgrade from my cheap set as well. Thanks!

the domes have to be the 29mm ones. i got some 31mm lights from vled and they did not fit. ended up using them in my moms 14 trail editions rear hatch

the ones i bought were all necessary. I also replaced my rear hatch licence plate lights is why i have 2 more than what you count. The strips are for the floor lighting i did. Otherwise 29mm is the way to go.

I knew the strips were for your floor, makes sense the extra set for the license plate, but what was the additional 3022 for? My domes are 1 each, do you have a sunroof and that requires 2?

I had the wireless headphones stock so I believe that option has the center dome light with two bulbs, one for each side. But yes I do have a sunroof as well.

re installed my light bar after fixing the end caps. These are 100x stronger and beefier than the ones that came with it. Im hoping no more issues.

Also installed my diff drop. Was easy install once i had to go buy the right length bolts (i dont reccomend RevTek diff drop). Definitely helped my angles, im hoping this will stop my CVs from flinging grease everywhere.

Did you or are you selling your LR UCAs? If so I might be interested. I have not had an alignment since my 5100s and Moog Springs. So I'm slightly worried they won't be able to get the Caster in specs. Waitn for my All-Pro 1.25" spacers to get here before the alignment. Been Back-ordered Ugggg!!

Feel Free to PM me.

Thanks

Did you have to get those end caps custom fabricated? Cause I couldn't find it on the website, and I just wanted to know the dimensions and it's price

Light and simple, and still give you more protection than stock. I presume he/you are doing some more flat plate fill in.
Troymclure... So am I supposed to come down to you to see about doing a rear bumper?

Gonna go all tube similar to my current bumper, with a aluminum skid on the front. And once Im out of school, sure haha. Only able to do Sam's now since Ive done it before. But once summer comes, I hope to fab stuff all summer for a summer job if all goes well. Rear bumper will be number one on that list

Totally under stand, it's out of reach for me now. I know we talked in the past lightly on this before. I would have no problem giving a hand with it also, I just don't have the extra cutting/bending equipment. Can weld, grind, cut, and paint though.

Great job on SAM'S there also. He should be quite happy.

That would be great to get some help. And Im still working on getting a plasma cutter, as it would really help speed up cutting times. Ill let you know when Im out of school so we can get to work.

And thank you, thats the hope.

Sorry for the threadjack, btw
