LTDSC Build Thread

didnt take long to trim. Also had to move the p/s lines back a hair, nothing big though. It fits great though and love how it looks! Time will tell if it makes my front end sag any.

Hmm thats odd, I guess the V6's run them differently as I didnt have any problems with the power steering lines. But glad it was easy. And I wouldn't think it would sag much, its pretty light

more pics!!
ill have more this weekend!

yeah it was nice and light. Hopefully wont sag any. My P/S lines are right across the front where the bumper bolts on to it. It was able to slide back and re-bolt it back in. Its perfect though, nice and tight to the car, i should be able to mount the light bar on top of it but keep it back a little so it wont be pushing out.

Just make sure your PS lines have enough room for vibrations, have the same problem with the SW bumper and the trans lines, had to do some adjustments for them.
Troymclure... Looks like some quality work there.

Troymclure gonna go into full production? :D

Im gonna try to for a summer job since I dropped the ball on an internship, as long as I can get enough business. Gonna build it in solidworks so I can get them all cnc plasma cut which should cut build times easily in half. Ill post a thread about it soon, but for now, anyone want a bumper? :biggrin2:

Go ahead and put me down for one just go easy on shipping ha

light bar goes on tomorrow. Today i added the top spacers to give me 3/4" lift and finished up behind the bumper.

Looks great man! Your chassis package is pretty similar to where Im aiming for. In the meantime, Im contemplating my next move. Tires, lights, skids, bumpers, then finally coilovers for the front. If I could revalve my front 5100's I would keep what I have. Being unable to revalve my Bilsteins is the primary reason for wanting coilovers. Great build thread!
