LTDSC Build Thread

Here's the output. I'm going to bend the tab over on the headlight so it will get rid of the squirrel finder.

Just read you thread good stuff. I think you said somewhere you had to cut your body mounts some so your tires don't rub. do you have any pics?

Looks great! I wish the rear fender flares matched the front on yours and it would be golden. I am so glad I went ahead and retrofitted my projectors to true hid projectors

I washed mine today and really noticed how different the lens is on the new lights. It has more of a bulge to it that the old ones. I am really, really glad i did the switch as well

I stuck my finger in the passenger light and pushed the flap down a little. No more squirrel finder. Really happy now.

How far down did you have to push it? Seems like i remember some people talking about that but don't remember what it was.

I was going to adjust mine in the driveway but right after i finished drying it off it started raining so i put it in the garage....lol

i read go about half way down from where it sits now to the flat portion. i gave it enough pressure to move it a little and stopped. I was expecting to have to play with it a bit.

Looks great, Makes me really want to paint mine. You need some 35's to fill them out now :behindsofa:

fffuuu, the rears rub now. Not sure if id be able to move with 35s on the rear. Yours is way easier to match than mine so youd be fine. Were going to paint Victors tacoma fenders sometimes soon. His are silver.

Haha, mine dont rub at all in the rear, even on stock springs and 1.5" daystars. Not quite sure how, but it works. Thats true, hopefully gonna paint them next week, not too worried about the matching, more about the prep work since my have some orange peely spots.

Trimmed a little off the fender behind the rear tires and mine don't rub with a 1.5" spacer and stock Springs. 35's rock!! ;)
Edit: oh wait, I have a body lift too! Lmao
