Mine always does, and the 4Runner I worked on the other day I noticed it didn't have an issue. Even bombing through the bumpy field behind my house. I'm thinking zpc is in order for myself.

Saw we talked about this on another thread. I tried the zero point myself with the paper clip and I thought I had gotten somewhere but it still nags when I make sharp turns.

What is your plan? Dealership or diy?

Diy. I also want to buy one of those techstream things off eBay and I believe you can do it with that.
Forgot we talked about that a little. Lol

LTDSC, I rarely read build threads but since I really like the look of your truck I read through the whole thing. Very nice, well thought out, and good looking as well. Keep it up!

thanks! I try my hardest to think things through when i install it. Appreciate the kind words.

Make sure to really shave down and round out the lower control arm bracket when you cut the knocker tabs (whatever those are called) off. I left a little meat on mine, which ended up knocking against the uniball cup weld, which was annoying.

Can you explain a little more? You mean the turn stop or something else?
