Did you just feel like a change to TC? or was there a mechanical reason? The Standard length dual TC is doing great on mine, but of course there is the regret of not going +2 or 3.5 when I built it. The funds just aren't available. Thinking about selling a kidney.....

I need more friends like yours. Need to move out west too, hardly anyone here in the swamp knows what a LT set up is used for. Too many Tacos with 20s, spacers, and squats here in poser land. Glad you got a good deal! I'm biased, but always like the TC look under there.

i liked my BK kit and my friend is buying it from me. But i agree, the TC design and color looks real good in there.

Any change in the drivability with the increased Caster? Or was it more for tire clearance at the fire wall and to gain approach angle?

much improved drivability. Its not wandering all over the road, steering feels heavy so it feels planted. Doesnt dance all over the road and im not constantly over correcting.

That's great to hear. I always wondered about the results with that much additional Caster being adjusted in.

With the fiber glass fenders, isn't your airbox totally exposed to the outside? Loving your build btw!!

no different than slightly hidden behind a hard plastic liner.

tried to incorporate one with the fiberglass and none of them fit where i could cut away to have one. Only option would be to custom make a pipe version style. I've had it open for 4+ years and driven through many creeks and water and rain and no issues. I do not need a snorkel.

Added solar panels to the roof to help keep my battery topped off since its not my daily as well as help with power while im out camping and using the fridge. I had a Renogy solar suitcase already that i deconstructed and made into a mountable solution. 100w combined system with a 20a waterproof controller.
I attempted originally to have the panels below and/or flush with the rack bars but the arch of my roof prevented that. I have since painted the brackets black to blend in more.

I have the same Renogy, it's a bad ass. It will start trickle charging before the sun even clears the tree line. I've tossed around the idea of roof top solar, but with tight trails and low hanging trees as well as the threat of hail several times a year, I never followed through. Great idea deconstructing the Renogy. Was the controller on yours waterproof? Or did you switch it out?

it was the waterproof renogy 20a that came with the suitcase. If i were doing it now, id just buy the one 100w panel and controller. But this is what i had on hand and would be pointless to buy another set up and have this sit.
