Magnaflow Overland catback exhaust Group Buy on FB

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to post and say that Magnaflow is working hard to get these kits out to everyone and I should be adding tracking numbers to individual orders throughout the week. They were only expecting about 15 kits to sell and we ended up selling 3x that so they had to run more production on them. Thanks to everyone who placed an order!

Have the system on for a week now, no resonater. Little drone 1500-2500. Oddly the drone got louder with drivers window open on highway. Time to try the u bend and res..

Got my exhaust today. Muffler has almost zero magnetism which is great! It’s probably 304 stainless. The piping however can be lifted entirely with the magnet. Unfortunately for us... the pipes are probably 419. Fine for most vehicles where ownership trades hands 50k miles and less... for our 4runners looking to push 200k miles? No chance.

Come on magnaflow... don’t cheap out on the pipes!

Next up is performance coatings in auburn WA for 2000 deg ceramic coat. Will buy this exhaust some time. After that will install on the dyno and post driving impressions and sound clips.

That's a great idea. When I get mine I'll get it ceramic coated to buy it time for the rest of the life of my truck lol

How much is a good price for a ceramic exhaust coating for this Catback exhaust?

Also would doing this void the magnaflow warranty?

Has anyone else received shipping notification? My buddy an I both ordered on the group buy and neither of us has received shipment notification yet. I understand there's probably some production delays with the volume of orders SRQ reported receiving. Just hopeful to have it in time for our Moab trip in March at this point.
 
Paid for mine through PayPal on Dec 9,2020 and still have no tracking number. I reached out to SRQ early last week on Jan 7 and was told that they were starting to ship then and still nothing...

We have been adding tracking to orders as we receive them from Magnaflow. On the previous page, a few guys posted that they received tracking and their kits from us. I know Magnaflow has more kits in production this week and we are just waiting on tracking information from them. I wish we could help get kits out the door but it truly is up to them to get them out.

I do apologize for the extra wait on these kits. We did end up selling about 3x what Magnaflow was expecting. Just goes to show how great the 3rd gen community is.

I'm fine with waiting. I know you guys are doing what you can and are waiting on Magnaflow. Glad we could cause this kind of issue for them, lol.

Maybe? Not the intention of this (for me anyway) but very hard to tell from the seat of my pants. I would expect maybe a couple HP to be gained but this ain't no race horse! haha Although I am sure when I put a snail on this thing, the exhaust may contribute to making more power. ;)
