Major vibrations/wandering after alignment

Had an alignment done about 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine for a few days, now it seems to slowly be going back to how it was before. There is a bad vibration around 45 MPH and it wanders all over the road.

Just wondering what else it could be? The alignment cost me a lot so I'm not too happy about it.

Yeah, I would say it could be a bad u-joint, abnormal tire wear(Result of an underlying issue), or steering rack is going out.

Trust me, it sucks when trying to figure out suspension/steering issues related to misalignments. It's usually best to have a Firestone Lifetime alignment when troubleshooting alignment issues. I just got my girlfriend's Camry aligned and they said, "It's aligned, but the front tires are abnormally worn and now it steers left instead of right." So I paid $80 for an alignment, $220 for new tires and another $80 on the subsequent alignment.

You're right, it sucks.
