Not doing anything with tires etc until the stock ones run out... the next "major" thing will be a Baja Rack.. Once I get the TE plastic parts in and painted I'll post some "final" pics.

Can't wait to see them! I'm interested in doing the same on my BP T4R. Too bad there isn't a cheap, easy way to change from the SR5/L front and rear bumper to the TE.

painting TE plastic to go on Lmtd

Got the parts in and will be painting this weekend... install the following weekend to allow the paint to really cure before putting it on.... I'll take pics along the way, but the plan is:

- Lightly sand with 320 grid.
- Wipe down with soapy (dish soap) water to remove grease etc.
-use latex gloves and paper towels.
- Base coat of glossy black Krylon paint (to bond to the plastic)
- 2 coats of Duplicolor Toyota 202 (my color)
- 2 coats of Duplicolor Clear Coat.
- Somehow be patient for a week before installing everything on the truck.
