Mercedes G Concept - Stealing some 5th gen lines?

Check this concept out. Reminds me a little of the 5th gen (front fender and windshield angle). Pretty cool looking, but we'll probbly never see it. Definitely fits in the comics/cartoons.

I'll be that guy....I think it is kinda of cool, very future-istic. Sure there are some angles that are not the best (rear), but it would be fun to drive!

I want to see some of you mod your 4R with those push to release steps on the side and that integrated tool slide canister Plus, that is one nice hidden winch/mount/hook system too! Step it up fellas!

I don`t think it anything like 5th gen, maybe FJ a little bit, overall I like it, I would never own another Benz though, my $95000 AMG was garbage.

A guy I work with owns a GL. He told me he's lost count how may times it's been in the shop. It's only got 50k miles on it.

German cars are total crap!!!! I have an '03 Audi allroad, it is 1 thing after another, constant things breaking or deteriating and leaks oil like a bad case of diarrhea. You fix 1 things bam something else goes wrong. And parts (that are usually only through Audi) major $$$$. I gave up and parked it in the garage and bought the t4r and couldn't be happier

Yep. I have to be honest though. Reliability aside, it's the nicest 3 row SUV I've ever driven. Too bad.

I agree nothing drives and feels like a German make, and the power is awesome!!!...but my god they could put a liitle more focus on the rest of the car...as you mentioned "reliability". Oh and they're resale value totally sucks, I found out why I got it at a good price used, and this was at the dealer of all places. Man was I the sucker that walked in the door that day, but on a good note I traded them a VW Jetta with multiple problems too, damn karma got me back :redbrick:
