Michelin's Galore /Choices, choices ?

I am going to be purchasing a new set of Michelin's for my 4 Runner, Very Soon.

any suggestions for which type .?.

I have 31x10.50 LTX M/S on my Tacoma, and at first I was thinking about putting the same on the 4 Runner, and still debating about it .?.

Then again I'm thinking that it being an SUV maybe a different type of tire will suit it better .?.

any and all suggestions will be appreciated, thanx, Even a different brand.

it is a white 2001 SR5, V6, 4wd, 195k miles. all stock.
Wife uses as a daily driver to work and my son is transported in it.
(noticed I underlined Wife, you guys can probably guess how she drives, and no offence to the ladies here. I am only referring to my wife

If LTX M/S been performing, its good to get them again especially their nice warranty. You may want to check other contenders that could perform better like:
Goodyear Tires - Wrangler SR-A (very quiet on highway with good traction) or A/T Adventure if you go other places like nature photography

There's also a brand new Michelin radial tire out in the wild. Seems based off of the cross terrain from the side tread patternand looks sipped down the middle almost like a winter tire.

It might be for light trucks, but give tirerack a call as I saw it in their catalog.

The LTX M/S would do fine on the 4Runner. During my time working at Lexus those tires were used quite a bit on LX450's and LX470's (Landcruisers) and had no complaints from the "soccer mom / soccer dad" crowd. I've mounted/balanced a lot of them and rarely had issues,so when the time came to replace tires on my Tundra I chose LTX M/S.
