Thinking that whole fender well support piece will come out plus a little underneath and up the side and I should be good.

There is still some gusset ting there but it is much more minimal. Most likely will be fine as you have it. Using a blade or cut off wheel or pure fun, plasma?

Cut off wheel. Need to meditate before and have steady hand.

Figure we would be fine. Jus want your guys opinion.

You'll be fine! Just go nice and easy and follow your line. Smooth it down afterward and spray it out. I'll have pictures of mine someday... But I'm having a few things added while at the lab. Yours will be done first I'm guessing. Lol

Must look nice since mine is there too. Fit up for sliders.

I am so curious on what few things are being added.

Hopefully there won't be flex in the sides. Or it will just get a piece welded back in the fender well.

Wow! I know he is trying out some new u-bolts. Must look sick with two of the best looking runners there at the same time!

New stuff. Lol. That's code for "it'll be a while before you or I see." Trying to gain some more clearance... Not a SAS though. Rear bumper is adding a little more quarter-panel protection, clearance for my tires etc.

Finally got the cutting done.

No need to trim the inner fender with 285/75x17s!!

Found out I actually don't have the gusseting. Probably have a small piece welded on similar to how Luke had it.

Took the coil overs out figuring it was time to send them out. Found out the driver's side decided to have the lower bearing explode at some point. At least I found where the noise was coming from.

Ended up it smoothed out the bolt, which will need to be replaced.

Oh and it ovalized the bolt holes on the LCA.

Coilovers are enroute to RadFlo as we speak. Time to start saving for the Total Chaos LT!!!

Just recently saw on Facebook that someone else's Radflo lower rear shock mount bushing crapped out. I'll be keeping an eye on mine over time. My first rear set which have been on for 3 years or more had been fine when they came out last year when I replaced it for the long travel.

Yeah not worried about the rears since I hope to do LT very soon, so those are staying on for now.

Ditch brackets have been waiting for a few weeks, so today was the day.

Suppose to get my VisionX LED cannons today, but still waiting on UPS. So while I wait I g got everything wired up, including the future roof LED bar. The AOB switches are nice but the orange color doesn't seem as rich as the OTRATTW ones.

Now just waiting to get the coilovers back so I can get it on the ground and go aim them. Then the night shots will come.

Big thanks to the gang TotalAutomotiveLV for getting these to me at a great price. Will definitely be getting future light bars from them.

Do these ditch mounts attach to the hood latch bolts. When you open the hood, does your lights hit the windshield?

Can you post some pics of the underside of the hood and how much trimming you had to do

They attach to the hood mounts by two bolts each.

They don't hit the windshield but the cables are tight. I will be moving the brackets forward since there is some adjustment room. Just a pain in the butt with one person.

I will post pictures of what I trimmed tomorrow when I button everything up.

Got the spot lights all wired up today. Made my own harness to keep things clean.

Decided I would drill a hole and just fish the connector through to keep it clean.

And hood open clearance shot. Both sides are about the same.

Day shot since it is still on jack stands.

Talk to Radflo today and the coilivers should be on their way home.

Oh and best part of today, got a new shirt.
