Mildew Removal

I am having a mildew issues due to a door leak.

I know someone out there has had to have had a leak or left a sun-roof open.

Any good ideas, cleaning agents in removing the mildew smell from the carpets?

I have shampoo-ed the carpets twice and it still lingers.

I use Odaban..you can get it at home depot, etc..get the smell out of most anything, shoes carpet, etc...
