Mirror Turn Signal Integration??

I'm sure this might be on the site somewhere that I'm not finding but.....

Has anyone thought about or converted their mirrors to aftermarkets with integrated turn signals?

Muth makes one that only replaces the mirror glass, definitely not a cheap kit though.

Just a random mod that I was thinking about but not sure its even worth it...

My Limited came with the Muth's installed already...

It looks factory and oddly enough, they do get quite a few comments from passengers.

I'm not sure if that helps much but thought I might chime in.

Just waste of money, if you ask me... If one or both of my mirrors were damaged, I'd upgrade. Taking perfectly good mirrors out to replace for signal ones is another story.

I don't care much for the LED signal mirrors but I would be mildly interested in upgrading to a set that heats up when the defroster is turned on like the Sport and Limited 4Runners.

I say mildly because it's not really something I would need on a 65 degree day like today.

You can buy the body color mirrors for the Sport Edition or Limited. Those are heated and your SR5 is prewired for them. It's $$$$$$ though.
