Ok...Here's the update: Installed a new spark plug boot and still runs like crap. I now have all new plugs (NGKs), plug boots, and wires.
I heard a terrible noise coming from underneath the truck the other day at the drive through. It was a metal on metal noise. I was pulling forward very slowly without applying the brake. I looked underneath the rear when I got home and I noticed that the backside of the rear driver's side drum is wet and covered with fluid. I think the axle seal might be bad. I changed the wheel cylinder a little while back so I don't think that's the issue. I am going to look at it all this Saturday.
Do you think that this might have anything to do with the vibration when I am accelerating? Only starts vibrating past 1500 rpms. Vibrates until it falls below 1500 rpms when I am slowing down also. NO vibrations in neutral and doesn't seem to miss in park either!
