Missing/hesitaion under load/uphill

A few days ago my 4R started having this issue. It starts fine, idles fine, runs fine, it really only starts doing this when I'm going up the mountain, and by mountain I mean a small hill, not steep at all. I just put new NGK plugs and NGK TE-66 wires in. It was doing this before I changed them. I had BKR5EKB-11 in there, did it. I put in BKR6EIX, still does it. When on the highway, it accelerates completely normal....No boost/vacuum leaks that I can find. I have searched and found a lot of the same complaints, but many different fixes. Coil packs, crank position sensor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc... No CELs either. I think I will start by putting on a new coil pack and swapping it around to see if that is the problem. I also have a new O2 sensor I need to put on, but the nuts are rusty and stripped, that'll be fun...Any other ideas? Thanks.

When was the last time you change your plug wires? Go ahead and change your plugs while you are at it. A faulty wire will give those symptoms.

Whoops. Read that you already did this

New wires last week and plugs last night, fuel filter a few months ago, cleaned the maf, cleaned the tb...new cat when I put turbo on a couple of months ago.

Where is the fuel pick up in the tank? Maybe some junk or water in the tank? Maybe try a bottle of heet on the next fill up.

Had the same issue, started on grade, no CEL. Spent a lot of time and money trying to solve the issue and it eventually turned out to be the TPS.....a $30 fix in 5 minutes. That part because of the ease and cost to just swap it, is worth it to try.

EDIT: I just reread your last post, I do not have a turbo so I have no idea how that may factor in.
