Missing my '99 4R aka the Beast...[pictures heavy]

So it has been a little bit over two months since my accident when I totaled the 4R. I came across old pictures of the Beast & I thought it would be nice for me to share the pictures for those of you who still own a 3rd gen. It costs about 3 grand in parts to repair and additional 4 grand in labor costs so my father and I talked for a while until he ultimately decided to do away with the 4R and buy a new vehicle. I'm now a 4th gen owner, a 2004 White 4Runner.


Enjoy the pictures & your vehicle(s) as well....I loved the Beast as it was my first car ever & I was a huge fan, and still am, of 3rd gen 4Runners so enjoy every breathing moment you have with your 4R because you will never know if tomorrow would be the last day you drive your 4R.




^When I first got my HID kit



^When I installed my led license plate lights & led tail lights as well



^I was super excited when I turned the light on...hence the blurriness in the pictures!



^Unless I'm a really bad photographer (which I am), so don't mind the blurriness !



^At my old high school's parking lots like at 3 am where I thought was a nices spot for me to park to take a picture! (I'm like 2 mins away from the school)



^Random cars you see parked at Wendy's in Virginia Beach during the summer...!






^That's a '95 Maroon 4Runner on the left for those who wondered what kind of a vehicle it was!



Everything was stock other than tint & led tail lights at the time (HID was installed at a later date after some pictures were taken)







^Everything stock but the tint (led license plates/led tail lights/hid headlights were not installed at this time)




The Beast is currently sitting in a parking lot for an auction that takes place every month! Rest in peace baby....I wish I kept you, but my dad refused

Hey man sorry about the loss. I remember your thread very well.

I thought you were supposed to be anonymous meaning a throw-away account. I wouldn't have been so harsh on you if I knew that was your permanent ID.
